Built upon the knowhow and experience of an electrical contractor with numerous years in the construction field, our construction management experience includes the successful completion of projects which range from store front facade renovation, commercial tenant fit-up, and commercial new construction to residential projects which include major renovations and ground up construction of custom homes. While not as visible as the day to day on site management of a project, a part of our success in these ventures can be attributed to the positive relationships we have developed with financial institutions and reliable subcontractors.
